RESEARCH ACTIVITY

The research activity is focused on the development of innovative technologies for energy conversion through electrochemical processes powered by renewable sources. Dr. Giacobello mainly deals with the synthesis of materials used as catalysts in proton exchange membrane water electrolysis and their electrochemical characterization. These activities are carried out within European projects, such as PROMET H2 and ADVANCEPEM.
