RESEARCH ACTIVITY

• The PCE group specializes in electrochemical processes for energy conversion and storage. With the aim of eliminating critical materials and improving operation and durability of anionic conductivity polymer electrolysers, it carries out research and dissemination activities.
• Unit manager for the Prin 2022 project High-Entropy Materials as cost-effective catalysts in anion exchange membrane water electrolysis for GREen ENergy production (HEM4GREEN)
• Responsible for several tasks in the European project “Large Scale Low-Temperature Electrochemical CO2 Conversion To Sustainable Liquid Fuels” “ECO2FUEL” (GA.101037389) (2021-2026).
• Member of the “Joint International Laboratory Projects 2022-2024, ITELECTROLAB – A joint lab for developing advanced electrochemical cells operating at intermediate temperatures” (2022-2025).
