The laboratory activity aims at developing and evaluating management protocols of energy flows deriving from one or more renewable sources (wind power, PV) together with storage systems (batteries, supercapacitors) and other systems of electric power (fuel cells, conventional generators) that are both off-grid and connected to the electricity network.
The evaluation is carried out through a control system developed at the CNR-ITAE that is able to manage and monitor energy flows.
