The laboratory is used for carrying out research on materials and components for supercapacitors, and it provides an isolation chamber under inert gas atmosphere (Glove Box) and characterisation systems for electrochemical systems. The available equipment is a support for the research activity that are centred on lead batteries, lithium batteries, and vanadium redox flow batteries.
